Armored Sports Camp is at full capacity for June 5-9, 2023.

BEAT the summer heat with a week of music-related activities geared toward children ages 5-12! We are focusing on percussion this year - percussion instrument demonstrations, making a percussion instrument, and activities/crafts/snacks/songs that relate in some way to percussion. Campers will have the opportunity to explore Bells, Bongos, Bucket Drums, Castanets, Change Ringing Bells, Chimes, Frame Drums, Guiros, Handbells, Pianos, Rhythm Sticks, Shakers, a Trap Set, Triangles, Xylophones, and several additional percussion instruments! PLUS we're singing, playing musical games & instruments, eating percussion-themed snacks, and making instruments & art. Drumming and drum circles led by Lisa Salinas and Terry Thompson. Piano mechanics demonstration by Martin Espinosa (of Arts Without Borders Corporation). Tour of St. Paul's Houston Change Ringing bells (in the bell tower) by Dawn Uebelhart.
