All afternoon and evening services will have candlelight, carols, and a message from Rev. Dr. Jeff McDonald. The format of the two types of service differ in significant ways:
Services of Holy Communion | Amongst beautiful music and candlelight, we will share in the Sacrament of Holy Communion. All are invited to be a part of Communion – all “who love him, who earnestly repent of their sin, and seek to live in peace with one another.”
Services of Lessons and Carols | The scripture lessons read by our lay readers tell the story of the fall of humanity, the promise of the Messiah, and the birth of Jesus interspersed with the singing of Christmas carols, hymns, and anthems.
A Las Posadas service will take place on Saturday, December 23, at 7 PM. More details coming soon.
On Sunday, December 31, worship services will be held at 8:30 and 11 AM. On that day we will celebrate Epiphany.
