Lent is a season of attentive faith, when encounters with Jesus move us from reflection into response. In the Gospel stories, Jesus Christ meets people where they are unsettling fear, restoring dignity, opening eyes, and calling life out of death and each encounter leads outward into renewed relationship and embodied love. As we journey toward Easter, we are invited to let these encounters shape how we live and serve, allowing faithful acts to become practices of new life. The following Lenten mission opportunities offer concrete ways to participate in Christ’s transforming work among us, joining what God is already doing to bring healing, hope, and restoration.
