On September 17th, you're invited to engage a 4-step journaling process helping you to reconnect with your inherent dignity and allow for your inner questions to bubble up from within. During this virtual workshop we will work to identify the core narratives of our inner critics and develop a set of vital questions to explore in our ongoing inner work. In-person, we will meet on the 4th floor of the Sanctuary building. For those at home, you will want a quiet-ish place, a candle, a cup of tea or water and a journal or something to write / doodle on.
