"As the long-time manager of community relations and producer of annual reports for Houston Endowment, the philanthropic foundation that Jesse H. and Mary Gibbs Jones established in 1937, Steven Fenberg has been uniquely positioned to gain insights into the heart of Houston and the role the long-deceased Joneses have continued to play in it.

The PrimeTimers’ March 16 speaker, Fenberg used those insights to executive produce and co-write the Emmy Award-winning film Brother, Can You Spare a Billion? The Story of Jesse H. Jones and write the book Unprecedented Power: Jesse Jones, Capitalism and the Common Good. St. Paul's was the recipient of much of that philanthropy, starting when he and his aunt were founding members of the church.
