Moms, explore your creative side in a supportive community! In this Art for Moms experiential class, we connect with our creative process for stress relief, enjoyment, mindfulness and gaining insight. So often as moms we lose our connection with ourselves and our inner guidance as we live the busy lifestyle of taking care of our young ones. This is a time to give to yourself to relax and feel refreshed. We will introduce a variety of materials - no art experience is necessary! Cost for 4 classes: $100 (includes art supplies and childcare).
