Location: Youth Center

In partnership with Lasagna Love, youth will assemble lasagnas for families in need. The work will take place in the youth center and Jones building second floor kitchen.

Here is a note from a lasgna meal recipient: “We received the lasagna meal and thank you so much. God bless your hearts! My baby that is 1yr old has cancer and I have another child, we were sitting stuck at home like always because he's immunocompromised and we aren't able to leave unless its to the hospital or doctors. You guys made me cry of joy, being a mom with a baby who I'm trying to help live everyday, I'm also trying to help myself live. I cant go to church or anywhere else. Our situation is so devastating but I'm holding on to my faith for a miracle and strength everyday. This meal made my mothers day so special and meaningful, thank you so much to all of you who took part in this beautiful blessing and the cook - food is so delicious. This came as a blessing right when we need it the most, we do not have income to donate any money but a heart full of gratitude.”
