“If the many died through the one man’s trespass, much more surely have the grace of God and the free gift of the one man, Jesus Christ, abounded for the many.” Romans 5:15
On my desk there are two of John Wesley’s prayers from Aldersgate:
“The best of all is—God is with us.”
“Lord, let me not live to be useless.”
This past year has been sad for me with the loss of my husband. We met and were married at St. Paul’s and always stayed active.
I have felt God’s presence with each smile, hug, note, phone call or visit from the Clergy, Staff and my many loving, caring friends.
My Guardian Angel has been with me during my time of distress and loss. I shall always be grateful. I feel truly blessed.
Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for your loving guidance and the many blessings you have bestowed on me. Please make me worthy, so that I may help others in their time of need. Amen.
