What does it mean for religious communities to become incubators of social change? What is required to build sustainable coalitions that address the structural forms of power that lie at the root of racial inequity? How can people of faith move beyond merely reacting to salient justice issues to becoming constructive social architects that transform our communities?

These are just some of the questions we will explore over the next several months through projectCURATE. This unique curriculum has been designed to merge faith with social action and innovation. Developed by experienced justice advocates and community organizers, the “Religion, Faith and Community Engagement” Spring 2018 Cohort will provide opportunities for creative collective envisioning concerning specific issues, collaborative exchange of information and resources, and the space to build strategic community partnerships.

Come join us! Enrollment is now open. Cohort gatherings are monthly on a Saturday (9 am - 12:30 pm). Locations for each gathering TBD.
