Self-test about current bullying trends. Then attend the Bully, Bullied, or Bystander presentation Sunday, February 19, at 5 pm in Fondren Hall.
Parent PRAY presents Donna Clark Love, a nationally recognized expert and trainer in the ares of bully prevention and student assistance programs. She will enlighten parents about the newest trends concerning bullying behaviors.
Learn about the impact of bullying behaviors and become equipped with practical intervention strategies to help those kids who are being victimized as well as those who are participating in bullying behaviors. Also discover ways to teach children how to stand up for those who are being picked on.
Cyber-community lingo, social media trends, and current phone apps that kids are downloading, such as Yik Yak, Snap Chat, Omegle, kik, and Whisper, will be discussed along with tips on how to keep kids safe.
