In addition to many fine offerings for children, St. Paul’s Fine Arts Academy also provides the opportunity to be in the Handbell Choir and a visual art class.

Handbell Choir

Directed by James Roberts, Director of Music Ministries at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, the Handbell Choir practices Thursday evenings during the school year and is always open to new members — no experience necessary.

The Handbell Choir plays at Sights, Sounds, and Smells of Christmas and other occasions.

Visual Art Class

Taught by Ibraim Santos, the visual art students will learn art techniques in a variety of media. Classes will meet Wednesdays from September 28 to November 2 from 6:30 to 8 pm. Childcare will be available.

Santos is a professional artist with a bachelors in visual arts from Federal University of Bahia in Brazil and a graphic design certificate from Brazil’s Real e Dados Graphic Design School. His areas of expertise include drawing, painting, creating art from recycled materials, performance art, and digital design.
