St. Paul’s Choir offers its final Choral Evensong of the spring on Trinity Sunday, May 31, at 4 p.m.

Repertoire is drawn from the rich Anglican tradition from both sides of the Atlantic, with the Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis in B-flat of Stanford (Ireland), Psalm 29 of Henry Ley (England), and music of two Texans: Gerre Hancock and David Ashley White.

For the first time in several years, the choir will offer White’s challenging, Jubilate, composed for, and premiered by St. Paul’s Choir. The work was commissioned by Nancy and John Curry in memory of their son Randy and is offered by the Choir in tribute, in the 20th anniversary year of his passing.
