A Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in teenagers and children, Karen Sullivan, will talk with parents at the Parents P.R.A.Y. group Sunday, January 25.
Specifically, she will address teens and sexuality and help parents understand how to talk with their teens -- and preteens -- about sex.
Begin with optional dinner in the Youth Center at 5 p.m., then the Fellers Room (S-312) for the program, including Q&A, until 7 p.m. The meeting is open to all parents, whether or not affiliated with St. Paul's.
Parents P.R.A.Y.: Parents Relating about Youth provides parents of Youth the opportunity to meet each other periodically while the Youth meet to learn about and discuss relevant parenting issues and how our Spirituality strengthens us as parents.
