Meets in Room J-204, 9:45 a.m. This discussion group has been together for over seven years. They like to talk, and they tackle a wide range of serious topics, often springing from current issues in the news. With several videophiles in the class, they often view and discuss recordings of religious-related television presentations, such as Bill Moyer's Faith and Reason series. "Contemporary Theology" is a good description of their studies. They recently used the Living the Questions and the Eclipsing Empire video series in their discussion format. Occasionally, they host a guest speaker and invite others to join them in larger settings, such as the Activity Center. The class provides outreach support to the Emergency Aid Coalition throughout the year and has periodic social gatherings. For more information about this class, contact Rev. Shelli Williams or e-mail the POV Forum Class directly.
